Answers to your frequently asked questions
Considering professional property management? Here’s why Monterey Bay Property Management is the right choice for you!
-
What is your company’s mission? How does that influence your company culture and values?
Our mission is simple: to make being a landlord rewarding, to make being a tenant a pleasure—and to have fun doing both.
Before we take on the management of any property, we take the time to understand the owner's goals and make sure we’re the right team to help achieve them. We work hard every day to ensure each of our owners has a positive, rewarding experience.
It also brings us tremendous satisfaction to provide quality housing—whether it's for someone visiting Monterey County or someone putting down roots here.
We aim to deliver positively outrageous service to everyone we work with. That spirit of dedication and joy has created a uniquely positive culture within our company. It’s one of the reasons our team stays with us—most of our employees have been here over ten years; many over twenty or even thirty. That longevity reflects how deeply we care about our mission, our clients, and each other.
