Founded by Jan Leasure, Managing Broker of Monterey Bay Property Management has earned a reputation as the go-to resource for professional property management. With a background in education, Jan holds a bachelor’s and two master’s degrees and is a sought-after speaker on real estate investment and property management at local, state, and national levels. She also serves as an expert witness in landlord-tenant legal cases.
